Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every candle and wax melt is handmade to order,we cannot accept general returns at this time. However, we want you to love your Phoenix Eve experience:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at phoenixevecandle@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges.
  • Custom & Pre-Orders: These items are final sale.
