Shipping Policy

     All Phoenix Eve Candle products are hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. As a startup, we currently pour each of the items to order, which means our processing times are longer than average.

• Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be prepared before shipping. Some products may be marked as Pre-Order if we are awaiting bulk material shipments. Pre-order items will ship once materials are available.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3-7 Business Day (Monday-Friday, U.S. Orders) Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
• Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free (U.S. only)
• Delays: Phoenix Eve Candle is a one-woman start up, and I thank you for your patience durning this early growth stage. Your support means the world and allows me to expand faster.
