     Welcome to Phoenix Eve Candle! By accessing or purchasing from our website (phoenixevecandle.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • Phoenix Eve Candle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree to not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products, images or written content is prohibited.

2. Products & Availability

  • All of our candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, color or scent strength are natural and part of the uniqueness of each product.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products offered without notice.
  • Pricing and product descriptions are subject to change at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or error in pricing.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's trusted providers.

4. Shipping & Processing

  • Current processing times are 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday) before orders ship. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or pre-order status.
  • Phoenix Eve Candle is not responsible for delays cause by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
  • Once a package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded.
  • Pre-Order and custom items are final sale.

6. Safety Disclaimer

  • Candles contain open flames. By purchasing, you acknowledge the inherent risk of fire if products are misused.
  • Phoenix Eve Candle is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused my misuse, negligence or failure to follow provided Candle Care & Safety Guidelines.
  • Always burn candles responsibly and never leave them unattended.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, product images, and written content on phoenixevecandle.com are the property of Phoenix Eve Candle and may not be copied, distributed or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Virginia.
